Workforce education is an integral component of a career with APS. All employees complete multiple mandatory trainings and educational sessions on an annual basis, including HIPAA, CMS policies such as Fraud Waste and Abuse and the Federal False Claims Act, the OIG’s compliance recommendations for third-party billers, APS’ policies and procedures, and cybersecurity awareness. Depending on job responsibilities, additional focused trainings are administered such as PCI DSS, OWASP Top 10 and mobile device security.
