HHS Extends Timeline & Reporting Time Period for the Relief Portal

July 20, 2021

On June 11, 2021, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) released an updated reporting timeline for healthcare providers that received over $10,000 in payments from the Provider Relief Fund. Previously, HHS informed providers that ALL funds must have been used by June 20, 2021, and unused monies were subject to recoupment. The new timeline provided an extended deadline by the date range of when providers received the funds. Also released was a Reporting Time Period that lets you know when to submit how providers allocated the funds.
