On June 11, 2021, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) released an updated reporting timeline for healthcare providers that received over $10,000 in payments from the Provider Relief Fund. Previously, HHS informed providers that ALL funds must have been used by June 20, 2021, and unused monies were subject to recoupment. The new timeline provided an extended deadline by the date range of when providers received the funds. Also released was a Reporting Time Period that lets you know when to submit how providers allocated the funds.

If there are any issues regarding your reporting, please call the HHS Provider Support Line at 866-569-3522 (available 8 am to 11 pm ET, Monday – Friday) for “technical questions regarding the use of the portal or questions regarding reporting that cannot be answered by…available resources.”By now, all providers should have spent the $10,000 received in Period 1. They should also be registered on the HHS website. If you have not done so, please click here and follow the instructions to register. Once your account is set up, you can report how the provider allocated the funds. HHS released a Video Tutorial with step-by-step instructions on how to use the web portal. To go along with the video tutorial, they also released a Reporting Portal User Guide and a Data Entry Worksheet to assist in preparing to report.
